Beetroot & mascarpone tart, English salad leaves, goats cheese fondue. 

Smoked salmon cushions, filled with mascarpone salmon tatarte, topped with black caviar

garnished with pickled fennel, celeriac remoulade, confit cherry tomato

Pressed ham hock, Christmas chutney, warm sourdough. 

Mains 

Turkey wellington, duck fat potatoes, cranberry & lemon stuffing, brussel sprouts & chestnuts, roasted root vegetables, pigs in blankets, pan juices. 

Roasted cod loin, potato, cauliflower and coconut milk curry

Braised belly pork, glazed pork cheeks, seasonal greens, champ mash, jus 

Roasted stuffed butternut squash bejewelled with roasted vegetables
